Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to you in connection with rent, which I pay regularly consistent with agreement.
Despite the fact that you promised there would be no increase until December next year, you increased it from last week from $140 to $170 a week. I think this is too much for my unit.
Because I cannot afford to pay this, I would appreciate it if you would find me another unit in the same area with rent of no more than $140.
I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
